Window Retrofit

Our clients needed their few remaining, aluminum clad, single-pane windows changed out for new, custom, dual pane, vinyl replacements.

DESIGN SPOTLIGHT: The decision that made all the difference on this project was to match the reveal on the left of the window with the right. Centering the window in the room reintroduced the symmetry that the clients were looking to achieve, and re-balanced the aesthetic of the space.

Guest Bathroom Remodel

Our client was looking to modernize their already spacious guest bathroom to accommodate their tastes as well as accessibility needs without breaking the bank.

DESIGN SPOTLIGHT: The inclusion of a floating vanity made all the difference in the design of this project. To the eye, it visually takes up less square footage, and provides a tasteful, modern touch to the space; exactly what the client was looking to achieve.

Kitchen Demo and Preparation

For this project, our clients had already sourced their own cabinets, appliances, and fixtures from third party suppliers however needed their existing kitchen demolished and prepped prior to the new elements being installed.

DESIGN SPOTLIGHT: The removal of existing, non-structural soffits was key to the transformation of this space; visually doubling it’s size, and creating an unobstructed pass through view of their new kitchen.
